Quick Recipe of Rice Salad - from white rice

This recipe is full of nutrition values. Very easy to make.

Ingredients :

Boiled white rice - 1 bowl
Pomegranate seeds     - half cup
Pomegranate juice - 1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts - 1/4th cup
Dates chopped - 5 to 6
Mint leaves - roughly chopped
Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
Salt - as per taste
Black pepper powder - as per taste

Recipe :

Take mixing bowl, add boiled rice, than add
Pomegranate seeds, dates, roasted peanuts n add pomegranate juice to it, mix well. Now add mint leaves, lemon juice, salt n pepper n again mix it, our rice salad is ready to serve. Just garnish with mint leaves.
