Kiwi n Watermelon Popsicle

Popsicle/Chuski everyone's favorite. Today we are going to make Natural Chuski or you can
call Popsicle from just two Ingredients. It is a new way to give new look to any fruit. We are not going to use any frozen fruit, no artificial color or no SUGAR.
So we will have Natural taste with Natural colors.
Lets begin



These Ingredients enough for making two Popsicle.

Ingredients  ::

Kiwi          -   1 pc
Water Melon- half bowl


Take a mixing bowl, add chopped watermelon, no need to take out watermelon seeds,
blend it for few seconds, do not need to make thin juice, just blend it for pulpy juice.
Now peel off kiwi, n chopped it, blend it in another bowl just for few seconds as we
need pulp only. Now take a popsicle mould, fill half portion of mould first with kiwi
pulp n after then with watermelon pulp. Cover it with popsicle mould lid n keed this
mould in freezer for about 3-4 hours.

Tip - to take out fruit popsicle easily from mould, first dip the mould in water or wash it
         under running water.




 

Meetha Raita

Meetha Raita is very easy recipe.In my childhood I used to call it meethi kadhi, in summer vacations when we visit to our Maternal Grandmother, She made Meetha Raita for us n said - Meetha Raita khao Garmi ko dur bhagao....n when I was in Mussorrie... I remember mostly in lunch we maed momos, but I don't like that spicy chutney so usually i eat momos with this meetha raita...n the steamed momos tasted yummy with meetha raita. So let's start to make Meetha raita

Ingredients  ::

Fresh Curd          -   1 Cup
Powdered Sugar -   1 tsp or as per taste
Soaked Raisins   -   15
Ghee                   -   half tsp
Green Cardamom pwd- a pinch
Turmeric Powder - a pinch



Recipe   ::

Take a bowl, add fresh curd , blend it for about 10 seconds, add powdered sugar n raisins
to it, mix it. Take a pan for making tadka, turn on the flame, add ghee to pan, after ghee
heating, add turmeric powder n green cardamom powder n turn off the gas. Add this
tadka to fresh curd. Now take out fresh curd in serving bowl.
Eat it with your full meal.









 

Bread Disc Sandwich

I got to know about this dish from one of my friend. I tried, liked it very much, now sharing with you all. It is very tasty as well as very unique.


Ingredients ::

Bread Slices          -  8 pc
Paneer                   -  crumbled - 3 tbsp.
Carrot                    -  half cup fine chopped
cabbage                 -  half cup fine chopped
Butter                    -  Melted 1tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese-  1 tbsp.
Tomato Ketchup   -  1 tbsp
Black Pepper pwd -  as per taste
Salt                        -  as per taste


Recipe  ::

First cut the corners of all bread slices. Now cut the bread slices in round shape
with the help of katori or bowl or cookie cutter. Now take 4 round shape breads
n make a hole with the help of small size katori or bowl, just like POLO Candy.
For two size of round shape I am using steel glass n steel bowl.
Keep aside all bread slices. Now heat a pan n roast the chopped carrot n cabbage
just for 2-3 minutes. Now take a mixing bowl, add chopped roasted carrot n
cabbage mixture to it, add crumbled paneer, Tomato ketchup n Salt n Black Pepper.
Mix it properly.

Now again switch on the gas n roast the bread rings. Turn off the gas. Now take a
plate, apply Mozzarella Cheese n Butter on a round shape bread slice, now place
the bread ring on top of the round shape bread slice n press it lightly with fingers
so the bread ring will stick to round shape bread.

Now fill the empty space with veggie mixture. Make all disc like this only.
At final step, take half tsp butter in a pan, heat it n roast all bread discs about
1 minute from one side. Take it out in a serving plate. Enjoy
