Maggi Pakoda

Hello Everyone, I am posting my new Recipe Maggi Pakoda.
This is very quick & easy snack, will tell you 1 secret tip, so 
Pakodas will comes out crispy. Must try once this season.
Let's start


Ingredients   ##

Maggi          -  small pack 1 [do boil]
Besan/Gram flour- 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2 fine chopped
Ajwain         - a pinch
Salt              - as per taste
Water           - for making batter
Oil               - for frying 


Recipe   ##


Take a mixing bowl, add boiled maggi, add besan, add salt n ajwain 
n green chilli, mix it well. Now add water to make pakoda batter. 
Make batter consistency medium, no thick no thin. Add 1 spoon
hot oil to batter, so pakoda will come out very crispy, mix again.
Heat oil, first on high flame, than turn the gas on medium flame
n fry the maggi pakodas. Do not fry pakodas too much, light brown
color will be perfect state.
Serve the pakodas with Tomato Ketchup. 

Optional - Sprinkle Chaat masala on Maggi Pakoda
