Pea Sweet dish / Matar ka Halwa

Hello Friends,

Today i am going to post the recipe of my favorite sweet - Matar ka Halwa.
It is very easy to make also a very healthy dish, Green Peas are good if our
body needs Protein and Fiber. Green peas are very good for Children and 
Old aged people as it build strong bones.
In this recipe we are using Fresh Green Peas and homemade Khoya. 


Ingredients ::

Peas            - half cup (puree)
Khoya           - as per taste
Hot water       - half cup
Ghee            - 1 tsp
Sugar           - 4 tsp
Cardamom        - 2 crushed
Almonds         - 2 chopped


Recipe ::
First heat the pan on induction cook top or gas at low flame, add ghee to it...after ghee melting, add peas puree, mix it well,cook 
it about for 5-6 minutes and then add khoya to it, mix well again for about a minute, then add sugar, hot water n cardamom powder.

Stir well for about 2-3 minutes, let's water get dry, switch off 

the gas. 
Take out peas halwa in a bowl, garnish with chopped almonds.
Tips -

1) Make sure peas are finely grinded so when you make no
   one recognize it's matar ka halwa.

2) You can add other dry fruits too instead of almonds.
